All of our staff are provided with free mandatory training, Free CPD Opportunities and where possible we will assit staff in upskilling.

Equipment

All the equipment required to complete the job is provided free of charge, we can also provide Free uniforms and of course access to vehicles when required operationally.

Expenses

We strongly believe that a member of staff should never be out of pocket to enable them to work. Travel mileage is paid on all jobs outside of a reasonable radios and where required we will provide accommodation and food allowances to our staff.

Emergency First Responder

Our Emergency First Responders provide the initial response to medical incidents at public events providing life saving assessment and treatment skills such as the use of an Defibrillator or Emergency Oxygen.Emergency First Responders will also staff first aid posts / treatment centres to provide treatment for minor injuries as well as working with our Ambulance crews,

Minimum Qualification: FREC3 or Equivalent

Pay: £11.50 p/hr or above!

Emergency/ Urgent Care Assistant

The Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) role is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency situations and transporting patients whilst delivering high quality, professional and compassionate care.Treating patients within the defined scope of practice, the ECA will lead an Urgent Care crew and assess every patient against the Pre-Hospital Early Warning Score.

Minimum Qualification: FREC4/ FQL3 Emergency and Urgent Care or Equivalent

Pay: £13.00 p/hr or above!

Ambulance Technician

The Ambulance Technician is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency
situations and transporting ambulant/non-ambulant patients whilst delivering high quality,
professional and compassionate care.
Using a wide range of diagnostic skills and delivering advanced treatments within a defined scope of
practice, the Ambulance Technician will ensure a high standard of patient care, focused on positive
outcomes. The Ambulance Technician will also, where necessary make appropriate referrals for
Paramedic support.

Minimum Qualification: FREC5/ FQL4 AAP/ IHCD Technician or Equivalent

Pay: £17.00 p/hr or above!
