Our Values and Standards

Statement of Purpose

As a company we are committed to providing the highest possible standard of care treatment and performance across our broad range of clients, dealing with those who require assistance and medical intervention or transport in the urgent and emergency care setting, providing transport to those who are unable to travel independently or access normal vehicles or who are presenting with mental health or medical needs.

Remaining impartial to a diverse range of ethnic back grounds and medical or mental health conditions and circumstances as we help connect their pathways to recovery.

To enable us to meet our objectives we must be approachable at all times and act with integrity, empathy and courteousness, demonstrating respect for the human rights of all, and an understanding of the different conditions affecting those we work with.

We will ensure all of our staff are trained to the appropriate level and are checked and vetted in line with current legislation and regulation. We will provide access to all appropriate mandatory training upskilling courses and aid our staff in maintaining compliance with qualifications.

We will always aim to achieve a successful outcome to all of our patients and reduce the risk of harm, by ensuing we always provide the appropriate level of cover and the appropriate equipment medication and vehicle to our staff whilst also ensuring that appropriate checks and maintenance has been carried out in the appropriate manor and timeframe.

We will always look to develop and enhance our skills and service, this will be achieved though maintaining an open-door policy, listening and taking into account and actioning where appropriate the views of our staff team, feedback or complaints from our clients patients, employees and other services we work alongside.

We are committed to delivering a service that is at the forefront of our field, and one that can be trusted whilst remaining appropriate safe and effective.
